System Engineer

What You Will Do All Day

• Live and support core values
• Guide and direct onsite install resources to project completion
• Answer questions
• Assist with escalated events
• Route tickets according to priority
• Work with lead to create and maintain onsite technician training program/documents
• Create a training process for new hires
• Maintain existing documents
• Create a continued training process
• Provide onsite resolution if needed
• Ensure projects and tasks are completed to the scope of work and Medix standards
• Work closely with Technical Alignment Manager to ensure process efficiency
• Resolve escalations from Service Desk as assigned
• Work with vendors when needed to ensure project success
• Maintain the highest level of customer service
